How do I determine the correct strap size for my watch?
To find your size, measure the distance between the lugs of your watch case in millimeters. Most watches require a 18mm, 20mm, or 22mm strap. Please check our detailed size guide on each product page for specific measurements.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by location, but UK customers can usually expect their items within 1-3 working days.
Are ZULUDIVER straps waterproof?
Many of our straps, particularly our rubber and nylon ranges, are 100% waterproof and designed for diving. However, our genuine leather straps are water-resistant but not recommended for prolonged submersion.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or an exchange.
Do your straps come with a warranty?
Yes, all ZULUDIVER products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
